What happens to my Reward Points if I stop paying?
While your membership is active (paid), your points keep adding up. If a bill stays unpaid for 30 days, your points turn into Base Points. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. These are two different things. Turning off auto-payment is a switch in your account. Ending your membership is done by sending a request (a ticket) to support. If you cancel within 14 days of signing up, you get all your payments back. Step-by-step cancellation guide →

Can points pay for up to 100% of a cruise?
Yes. If you book 270 days or more before departure, points can cover up to 100% of the cruise price (the All Reward Points method). You must have enough points saved up first. How points are counted: the first half of the price is paid at the usual rate, 1 point = $1; the second half, the part you would normally pay in money, is paid at 2 points per $1. Example: a $4,800 cruise = 2,400 points + 4,800 points = 7,200 points. That is why the best value is usually “points + payment”. What if I find the same cruise cheaper elsewhere?
If, before you book, you find the identical cruise (same line, ship, dates, cabin type, category and location) at least $100 cheaper, the club matches that price and you can still use points.
