What the guarantee does
It is meant to remove the nagging feeling that you might have found a better deal elsewhere. If a lower price for the identical cruise exists before you book, the club's price is brought down to it — and you still pay part of the price with your Reward Points, as you planned.
What counts as "the same cruise"
The match applies only when everything lines up exactly — not a similar itinerary, but the identical one:

Requirements to use it
- Your membership account is active — payments are up to date.
- You book with the Reward Points + payment method, where points cover up to 50% of the price and you book 30 days or more before departure.

- You find and submit it before you complete the booking — not afterwards.

- Compare like for like. Check the cabin category code and deck on both offers — that is where most comparisons fail.
- Check what the other price includes. A package with drinks, Wi-Fi or flights is not the same cruise fare.

- Do it before you book. The guarantee does not apply to a booking you have already completed.
