| Reward Points (RP) | Credits earned by paying your membership, used to reduce the cost of a cruise, hotel, or resort booked through the club. 1 point = $1 when you pay. Not cash — can't be cashed out or transferred. |
| Base Points | What your Reward Points turn into if a bill stays unpaid for 30 days. They have no time limit, but they give at most 17% off, can't be combined with Reward Points, and no new points are added. INsider Pricing is not available while you only have Base Points. |
| INsider Pricing | The member price: an instant saving of about 17% off listed prices for active paying members, with no promo codes. You see these prices right away. INsider Pricing and points can't be used together on one booking — it's one or the other. |
| Reward Points + Payment | A booking method where points cover up to 50% of the cruise price and you pay the rest in money. You can book it as long as 30 days or more remain before departure. Only this method has the price match guarantee and optional Trip Protection. |
| All Reward Points (ARP) | A booking method where points can cover up to 100% of the cruise price, if you book 270 days or more before departure. You must have enough points saved up first. The price match guarantee and Trip Protection do not apply. The first half of the price is paid at 1 point = $1, the second half at 2 points per $1: for example, a $4,800 cruise = 2,400 + 4,800 = 7,200 points. |
| Price Match Guarantee | If, before you book, you find the identical cruise (same line, ship, dates, cabin type, category and location) at least $100 cheaper, the club matches that price and you can still use points. Only for Reward Points + Payment bookings, with an active membership. |
| STARTER / CLASSIC / PREMIUM | The three membership plans: $50, $100 and $250 per month. STARTER: 2 bookings a year, 50 points a month. CLASSIC: 5 bookings a year, 200 points if you pay within 5 days of the invoice date (100 if you pay on days 6–30). PREMIUM: unlimited bookings, 500 points if you pay within 5 days (250 if later). |
| Active / Past Due / Base Status | The three states a membership account can be in: Active means fully paid and current; Past Due means a bill hasn't been paid yet; Base means a bill stayed unpaid for 30 days and the points have turned into Base Points. |
| Independent Partner | Someone who, separately from being a member, chooses to earn commissions by helping others join the club. Optional, and distinct from regular membership. |
