In short
Preparing for a cruise is easier by date: passports six months ahead, visas and authorisations three months, insurance and getting to the port two months, online check-in one month — and a week before, the weather in each port. This tool puts it all on your calendar and builds a route guide you can print or send to whoever is travelling with you.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the weather come from?
For the next 16 days it is the Open-Meteo forecast, which updates by itself. For later dates it shows averages for that month from previous years: a guide, not a forecast.
My port is not in the list. What now?
Choose “Another port…” and type the name. It appears in the plan and the guide; weather and places will follow once we add a page for that port.
Where do I find the ports by day?
In your booking confirmation or the cruise line’s app, which lists the route by date. Mark days without a port as “Day at sea”.

The plan and guide are general guidance. How long documents take depends on the country and your passport; check port times and the order of ports with your cruise line.
